‘NW Theatre Productions’ is a renowned production company founded in 2002 by Dance & Musical Theatre Teacher Ms Natalie Woods. With a mission to nurture young talent, NW Theatre Productions provides a unique performance opportunity for children to shine on the legendary stage of the Palace Theatre in Manchester in the annual children’s showcase Stars for Tonight.
In a non-competitive, friendly, and supportive environment, our young performers are encouraged to grow in confidence, develop their skills, and create unforgettable memories. Our productions celebrate the joy of theatre, encouraging a love of performing arts that extends beyond the stage.
Our variety shows were born out of a passion to provide local dance and performance schools with a platform to shine. By offering these talented students the performance opportunity to take part in a professional dancing show at the Palace Theatre, we aim to give them the stage experience they might not otherwise have.
Our children’s showcases celebrate the creativity, dedication, and hard work of these schools, allowing us to witness and share the incredible talent that exists within our local community. It’s a chance for these young performers to sparkle, and for audiences to be amazed by their skills and artistry.
Since our shows started back in 2002, some children have gone on to further their careers in the arts, while for others, this will be a once-in-a-lifetime performance opportunity they will cherish forever. Whether pursuing their dreams or simply enjoying the moment, each child has the chance to create lasting memories and discover their passion for performance through our variety shows and dancing shows.
If you would like your school or performance group to be involved in our next children’s showcase at the Palace Theatre, we would love to hear from you. Contact us today and let’s create something magical together.
